Configure availability for a specific time span
In this article, we explain how you can configure your availability for a specific period of time. This allows you to adjust your bookability within a defined date range.
This is useful for temporary projects, sales promotions, event calendars, or seasonal services.
Go to the Appointment Types Overview in your meetergo account.
Create a new appointment type by clicking on "New" or edit an existing appointment type by selecting it from the list.
In the appointment type settings, switch to the "When?" tab.
Under "Date Range," select "within the date range."
Set the start and end date range for your availability.
Save your settings.
If you want to set specific available times, you can further adjust your availability or set preferences such as buffers, booking limits, and time slot intervals.
Finally, use "Preview" to view our booking page. There, we can confirm if everything is set up correctly. If slots aren't displaying as expected, we can use the "Troubleshoot" button to understand why certain time slots are not showing. Once everything is correct, our link is ready to be shared.
