Reconnecting Your Integrations After a Lost Connection

It's rare, but sometimes your calendar connection may be lost. This can happen for a variety of reasons:

Security Updates: The connected app (like Google Calendar or Outlook) may update its security protocols.
Expired Access Tokens: Your authorization for meetergo to access your calendar may have expired.
Temporary Issues: A brief server issue or network disruption might cause a disconnection.

While meetergo strives to keep integrations stable, this can happen in rare cases. Luckily, fixing this is quick and easy.

How to Reconnect Your Calendar

Follow these simple steps to restore your calendar connection:

Log In to Meetergo and go to your profile.

Find your disconnected calendar in the list, click the Connect button next to it, and follow the prompts to reauthorize the connection.

After reconnecting, ensure your calendar is selected in the Calendar Sync dropdown menu.

If any appointments were not synced, go to your Appointment Overview in meetergo. Click on any unsynced appointments, choose "Go to confirmation page", and use the Add to Calendar option to sync them manually.

Staying Connected

To minimize future disruptions:

Regularly check that your integrations are active.
Keep your connected apps (e.g., Google Calendar) updated.
Ensure your meetergo account settings are correct.

By following these steps, you can quickly restore your calendar connection and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help!
