Reconnecting Your Integrations After a Lost Connection

Don't worry if you've received an email notification about a lost connection. It's a rare occurrence, but it can be easily fixed in just a few clicks. This article will guide you through the process of reconnecting your integration and explain why these disconnections happen.

Reconnect your integration



Log in to your meetergo account.
Click on your Avatar in the top right and go to Integrations.
Find the disconnected integration (e.g., Zoom) in the list of apps.
Click on the "Connect" button next to the integration.
Follow the prompts to re-authorize the connection.

Once completed, you will see a confirmation message that the integration is active again.

Why did the connection get lost?



Connection losses can occur for various reasons and are not always preventable. Factors such as changes in the third-party app's security protocols, expired access tokens, or temporary server issues can lead to disconnections.
