Enhance your booking page with a personal introduction video to create a memorable first impression for your clients. This feature allows you to add a human touch to your booking experience, helping potential clients connect with you before scheduling a meeting. This article will guide you through the process of adding and configuring videos on your booking page.

This feature is currently available to users of the Teams plan.

How to Add an Introduction Video



Go to your Meeting Types overview page at https://my.meetergo.com/meeting-types
Select the meeting type you want to add a video to and click "Edit"
Navigate to the "Advanced" tab
Toggle on the "Introduction Video" option
Choose one of the following options to add your video:
Click "Upload" to select a video file from your device
Click "Record" to create a new video using your camera
Click "Library" to select a previously uploaded video
Once your video is selected, you'll see a checkmark indicating it's been added successfully

Your video will now appear on the booking page for this meeting type, giving clients a preview of what to expect when meeting with you.

Video Requirements and Recommendations



Videos must be 1 minute or less in length. This brief format helps keep potential clients engaged while providing enough time to introduce yourself and your services.

When recording your introduction video, consider including:

A brief personal introduction
What clients can expect from the meeting
Your expertise and how you can help them
A warm invitation to book a time slot

Enhancing Your Video with Immersive Experience



For an even more engaging presentation, you can enable the immersive video experience option:

In the Advanced tab where you added your video, find the "Immersive video experience" toggle
Switch it on to activate the full-width display feature

The immersive experience displays your video in a vertical, story-like format in the left panel of your booking page. This format creates a captivating first impression and helps your booking page stand out.

If you leave the immersive experience disabled, your video will display in a standard player that's better suited for 16:9 aspect ratio videos.

Regardless of which display format you choose, clients can always click to maximize the video for a better viewing experience.

meetergo supports most common video formats including MP4, MOV, and AVI. For best results, we recommend using MP4 format.

Can I use the same video for multiple meeting types?



Yes! Once you've uploaded a video, it will be available in your video library. You can select it from the Library option when setting up videos for other meeting types.
