What to do when meeting types are paused

Your meeting types may be paused if you're using more than allowed in your current plan or if they include features not available in your plan. This article explains why this happens and how to get your scheduling back on track.

Understanding meeting type limits

The Basic plan allows you to have one active meeting type at a time. When your trial expires or if you downgrade your plan, we'll pause your meeting types if:

You have more than one meeting type active
Your meeting type uses features not included in your plan (like group bookings)

How to reactivate your meeting types

Go to Meeting Types in your dashboard
Look for meeting types marked as "Paused"
Select one meeting type to enable
Click "Enable" (only possible if the meeting type doesn't use premium features)

Remember: In the Basic plan, you can only have one meeting type active at a time. Make sure it doesn't use premium features like group bookings.

Adjusting your meeting types

If your chosen meeting type can't be enabled because it uses premium features, you have two options:

Edit the current meeting type to remove paid features
Create a new meeting type without paid features

Upgrade to enable all meeting types

The fastest way to restore all your meeting types is to upgrade your plan. This will instantly reactivate all your meeting types with their original settings.
