Log in to your meetergo account.
On the dashboard, locate and click the "+ Create" button in the top menu bar.
From the dropdown menu, select "Instant Video Call".
You are redirected to a private meeting room.
Copy the generated link and share with your participants.
This quick process allows you to set up impromptu meetings without prior scheduling. Simply send the link to attendees, and they can join the call directly through their web browsers.

Go to your meeting types and edit a meeting type or create a new one.
In the meeting type settings, under "Location", click "Add" to add a new channel.
Choose "meetergo Connect" from the list and click confirm to add as a new meeting type channel.
Delete other channels if necessary so that meetergo connect is the only meeting type channel.
By configuring meetergo Connect as the default channel for specific meeting types, you streamline the process for recurring or similar meetings. When participants book a meeting of this type, they'll automatically receive a meetergo Connect link and will be able to join your private video call.
