Configure full day availability

If you want to use a meeting type with a duration of one day or more, you need to set up a positive availability rule. This allows you to make yourself available for an extended period.

When configuring your meeting type as shown in the image, you may find that no available time slots are displayed on the booking page. This happens because with a meeting type duration of one day, you also need to be available for the entire day.

Adjusting Your Availability

Go to the Availability overview.
Create a new availability or edit an existing one.
Under 'Your availability rules', click on today's date highlighted in blue on the calendar.
A dialog will open to create rules for the selected day. The button in the middle shows a red cross (❌). Click once on the button to change it to a green checkmark (✅). We are now setting a positive exception: meaning we will be available for the selected timeframe.

Now click on the text field to select the timeframe. Leave the start point unchanged, so click 'End'. Choose a future date until when you want to be available. You can select a date several months in the future if you want to be available for an extended period.

Click 'Add Exception' to confirm.
Go back to your meeting type and ensure the correct availability is assigned under 'Availability'.

Now you should see available time slots on your booking page. After a booking, these slots will be blocked in your calendar for the corresponding time.
