Take payments for bookings with stripe
Our Stripe integration allows you to securely accept credit card payments for appointments. This feature streamlines the booking process, ensuring you receive payment before confirming appointments.

To set up Stripe integration with meetergo, follow these steps:
Log in to your meetergo account and navigate to the Apps section
Find the Stripe integration and click "Connect Now"
You'll be redirected to Stripe's website. Grant the necessary permissions to connect your Stripe account with meetergo.
Once completed, your meetergo account will be linked to Stripe, allowing you to enable taking payments for a meeting type.
After connecting Stripe, you can enable payments for specific meeting types:
Go to your Meeting Types
Edit an existing meeting type or create a new one
Navigate to the "Invitee Questions" tab
Enable the "Enable Payments" option
Set the price and choose the currency
Optionally, provide payment terms
Save your changes and go to the booking page to confirm the setup
With these steps completed, your meeting type will now require payment during the booking process.
The payment terms are displayed on the booking page above the "Book now"-Button.

Once payment is enabled for a meeting type, bookings can only be made after successful payment. The payment will include metadata with form information, allowing you to associate payments with specific appointments easily. Remember that any refunds or disputes should be handled directly through your Stripe account.
