Why Are New Appointments Not Appearing in My Calendar?

If you've noticed that your new meetergo appointments aren't showing up in your calendar, you're in the right place. This article will help you troubleshoot calendar sync issues and ensure your appointments appear where you need them.

Checking Your Calendar Sync Settings



To fix calendar sync issues, you need to verify that you've selected the correct calendar for synchronization:

Log in to your meetergo account
Click on your user image in the top right corner of the screen
Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu (or go directly to https://my.meetergo.com/profile)
Scroll down to the "Calendar Sync" section
Check the dropdown menu to ensure the correct calendar is selected



If you've correctly selected a calendar but your appointments still aren't appearing, make sure your calendar is properly connected to meetergo.

Verifying Calendar Connection



If your calendar doesn't appear in the dropdown menu or you're having persistent issues, you may need to reconnect your calendar:

Go to your Profile page (https://my.meetergo.com/profile)
Check if your calendar appears in the "Connected Calendars" section
If not, you'll need to connect your calendar service

Note: You must have a calendar successfully connected before you can select it for appointment syncing.

Common Calendar Sync Issues



Sometimes calendar sync can be delayed due to various factors:

Internet connectivity issues can cause syncing delays
Some calendar services may take up to 15 minutes to display new appointments
Browser cache issues may prevent you from seeing the most updated information

Why are my old appointments not showing in my calendar?



meetergo's calendar sync only works for new appointments created after you've selected a calendar for synchronization. Existing appointments will not be retroactively added to your calendar. In a future update, meetergo will sync all appointments, including existing ones.

Can I sync appointments to multiple calendars?



Currently, meetergo only supports syncing to one calendar at a time. To change which calendar receives your appointments, simply select a different calendar from the dropdown menu in your profile.

Why did my calendar sync suddenly stop working?



Calendar syncing may stop if

Your calendar service connection expired or was revoked
You changed your calendar service password

meetergo will send you a notification whenever your calendar connection is lost, so you'll know immediately if there's an issue that needs fixing.

If sync suddenly stops working, try reconnecting your calendar service in your profile settings.
