Collecting and Managing Reviews
Reviews help build trust with potential clients by showcasing feedback from previous meetings. This article explains how to enable and configure the reviews feature in meetergo, allowing you to collect valuable feedback after meetings and display it strategically.
To start collecting reviews for your meetings:
Navigate to my.meetergo.com/reviews
Click the ⏻-button in the top right corner
Toggle the switch to enable review collection
Configure additional settings according to your preferences
Once enabled, meetergo will automatically send review request emails to attendees after their meetings.
After enabling reviews, you can customize how they work for your business:
Enable or disable automatic emails requesting feedback after meetings. When enabled, attendees will receive an email inviting them to leave a review.
Choose between:
Auto-approve: Reviews appear immediately after submission
Manual approval: Reviews must be approved by you before becoming visible
Customize where and how your reviews appear:
Show on Booking Page: Display your rating and reviews directly on booking pages
Google Rich Snippet: Add review schema to improve your Google search results
Floating Widget: Show a floating reviews widget on your website
Decide whether reviews are:
Associated with your entire company
Linked specifically to the team that manages the meeting type
To display reviews on your website, copy the embed code provided in the reviews dashboard and paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag. This enables both the floating widget and Google rich snippet functionality.
The reviews dashboard displays:
Your average score (out of 5)
Total number of reviews
Number of published reviews
You can view, manage, and respond to all reviews from this central location.
