What you need
Before you begin, make sure you have:

How the integration works
Step 1: Get API Key from Superchat
- Log in to your Superchat account
- Navigate to Settings and then Integrations
- Copy your API key and save it somewhere secure
Step 2: Connect Superchat to meetergo
- Log in to your meetergo account
- Go to Integrations & Apps
- Find "Superchat" and click "Connect now"
- Paste your Superchat API key and click "Save"
The integration is now active and ready to use with your Meeting Types.
Step 3: Create Your WhatsApp Workflow
- In meetergo, go to Workflows
- Click "New" to create new workflow
- Choose your trigger (e.g., "Meeting booked" or "Reminder 1h before")
- For the action, select "Send WhatsApp to attendee (via Superchat)"
- Select the WhatsApp template you created in Superchat
- Map the fields from your template with meetergo data (name, date, time, etc.)
- Save your workflow
Your workflow is now active! Customers will automatically receive WhatsApp messages based on your chosen triggers, completely without your intervention.
