Connect Superchat with meetergo - Send Reminders & Follow-Ups through WhatsApp
With the integration of Superchat in meetergo, you can automatically send WhatsApp messages to your customers – for example, reminders or follow-ups after an appointment. In this article, we'll show you step by step how to set this up.
🔧 What you need
- ✅ A meetergo account → Sign up now
- ✅ A Superchat account → Superchat Website
- ✅ A WhatsApp template in Superchat → Guide for template creation
- ✅ Your Superchat API key → You can find it here: Superchat API Settings
🚀 How the integration works
Step 1: Get API key from Superchat
Log in to Superchat and copy your API key from the settings under "Integrations".
Step 2: Insert API key in meetergo
Log in to your meetergo account and go to Integrations. Insert your Superchat API key there and save.
Step 3: Create workflow in meetergo
Now switch to Workflows and click on "New Workflow".
Step 4: Select WhatsApp message as action
For the action, select: "Send a WhatsApp message via Superchat".
Step 5: Select WhatsApp template
Choose the template that you created earlier in Superchat.
Step 6: Connect variables (Mapping)
Now you can connect the fields from your template with the data from meetergo – e.g., name, date, time, etc.
✅ Done!
Your workflow is now active. Customers will automatically receive WhatsApp reminders or follow-ups – completely without your intervention.
