Connecting Outlook Calendar

Linking meetergo with your Outlook calendar makes your life easier. Microsoft's email program, Outlook, also includes a calendar function. By connecting both, meetergo ensures that there are no scheduling conflicts.

And the best part: You can link meetergo with Outlook in just a few clicks.

How to Quickly Connect meetergo with Outlook



Log into meetergo and go to your settings.
Click on the 'Connect' button next to the Outlook calendar icon.
Allow meetergo access to your Outlook.

Note: Make sure you are logged into your Microsoft account. Otherwise, you won't be able to establish a connection between Meetergo and Outlook.

Permissions (for Developers/IT Admins)


The Microsoft integration requires the following permissions:

https://graph.microsoft.com/Calendars.ReadWrite
https://graph.microsoft.com/User.Read
offline_access

Here's an explanation of why each permission is needed:

Calendar.ReadWrite: Reading occupied/unoccupied times (Availability Check), Creating and modifying events (Calendar sync)
User.Read: Reading basic user information
offline_access: Accessing information while user is offline

meetergo places great importance on data privacy. Your data is transmitted securely. We do not store any data from your calendar and cannot access data from other calendars.

Disconnecting meetergo from Outlook



Wasn't what you expected? It's very easy to unlink meetergo from Outlook.

Log into meetergo and go to your Profile Settings.
Click on the 'X' next to the Outlook calendar.
That's it, you're done.
