Connecting your Zoho Calendar
Updated on May 5, 2026
Zoho Calendar is part of the Zoho productivity suite, offering smart scheduling features. Connecting it to meetergo lets you manage all your appointments from one place while keeping your Zoho data synced.
Step 1: Copy your Zoho CalDAV address
- Sign in to Zoho Calendar.
- Click the gear icon in the top right → Settings.
- Choose CalDAV Sync (or CalDAV, depending on your language).
- Enable CalDAV for the calendar you want to sync, if it isn't already.
- Copy the CalDAV address Zoho shows you. It looks like:
https://calendar.zoho.eu/caldav/7dc1001881e947a9bdbdab2ef72a744e/events/
The domain (calendar.zoho.eu, .com, .in, .com.au, .jp, .sa) depends on which Zoho data center hosts your account. Use exactly the URL Zoho shows you – don't substitute a different region.
Step 2: Create an app password in Zoho
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you'll need an app-specific password:
- Zoho → My Account → Security → App Passwords.
- Create a new password, e.g. named "meetergo".
- Copy the password – Zoho only shows it once.
Step 3: Connect in meetergo
- Open your Profile settings.
- Click Connect next to "Other CalDAV Calendars".
- Select "Zoho" from the provider list.
- Paste the URL you copied in Step 1 into the Server URL field.
- Enter your Zoho email address as Username.
- Enter the app password from Step 2.
- Click Connect.
If the connection fails: check that CalDAV is enabled for the calendar in your Zoho settings and that you're using the app password (not your normal login password).
