Login to your meetergo account and go to your appointment overview.
Locate the appointment you wish to cancel in the list of upcoming appointments
Click the "..." button next to the appointment
Select "Cancel" from the dropdown menu
(Optional) Enter a reason for the cancellation
Confirm the cancellation
Your attendee will automatically receive a notification about the cancellation.
