How to change your Meeting Type language
Make scheduling more accessible for your invitees by setting up your meetergo booking page in their preferred language. Your Meeting Types and all booking notifications will automatically display in the selected language, creating a seamless experience for people from different regions.
Set Up Language Preferences
- Navigate to your Meeting Type page
- Locate your Meeting Type and click the gear icon to select "Edit"
- Scholl down to **Advanced **tape
- Toggle "Customize languages" and click "Edit allowed company languages"
- Pick your preferred language from the available options
- Click "Save Changes"
Your booking page will now display in the selected language for all future visitors. This includes booking confirmations, reminder emails, and other automated notifications that your invitees receive.

These translations are professionally maintained to ensure accuracy and consistency across your entire scheduling experience.
Important Notes About Custom Content
When you change your language settings, meetergo automatically translates all standard interface elements. However, any personalized content you've added will need manual translation. This includes your Meeting Type names, descriptions, custom questions, and any personalized text fields you've created.
