Step 2: Connect to meetergo

Now that you have your Proton Calendar link, connect it to meetergo:

Go to meetergo Profile Settings

Find Proton Calendar Integration

  • Locate the Proton Calendar integration section in your profile settings
  • Click the Connect button

Enter Your Calendar Link

  • Paste the Proton Calendar sharing link you copied earlier
  • Confirm the connection

That's it! Your Proton Calendar is now connected to meetergo.

What Happens Next?

  • meetergo will sync with your Proton Calendar to check your availability
  • Your busy times will be automatically blocked in meetergo's scheduling
  • Your calendar events remain private and secure in Proton

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

  • Ensure you have a paid Proton plan (free plans don't support calendar sharing)
  • Verify the sharing link is correctly copied without any missing characters
  • Check that you're using the web version of Proton Calendar to generate the link

Need to Disconnect?

To stop sharing your calendar with meetergo:

  1. Go to your meetergo profile settings and disconnect the integration
  2. Optional: Delete the sharing link in Proton Calendar settings for complete revocation

Privacy & Security Note

When using Limited view (recommended), meetergo only sees when you're busy, not your event details. This keeps your calendar information private while still allowing accurate scheduling.
