Attendee Enrichment is a powerful feature that automatically fetches detailed information about the companies your attendees work for, based on their email addresses. This feature enhances your meeting experience by providing valuable context about your attendees’ companies, helping you tailor your conversations and decisions more effectively. Whether you're preparing for a sales call, a partnership discussion, or a networking event, having enriched company data can give you a significant advantage.

This feature requires a teams plan or higher and is not available during trial.

How to Activate Attendee Enrichment



To start using Attendee Enrichment, follow these simple steps:

Login to your meetergo Account and go to your Meeting Types.
Click on the meeting type where you want to enable attendee enrichment (or create one).
In meeting type settings, navigate to the “Advanced” tab.
Look for the “Enrich Invitee” option and toggle it on.

With this activated, the attendee’s company information will be automatically enriched whenever a new booking is made.

How to View Enriched Attendee Information



After enabling Attendee Enrichment, wait for a new booking to come in (or create one yourself for testing). You can easily view the enriched information by following these steps:

Head over to the Booking Overview page.
Select the specific booking you’re interested in and click on it to view booking details.
Look for the "Company Info ✨" button and click it. Here, you’ll find detailed information about the attendee's company, helping you prepare better for your meeting.



You can also access the booking details via the dashboard by clicking the meeting in the preview calendar.



Understanding Enriched Company Data



Once activated, Attendee Enrichment provides a comprehensive set of data about the attendee’s company. Here's a breakdown of some of the most significant data points you’ll see:

Company Name and Domain: Easily identify the attendee's company name and its website domain.
Business Type: Understand whether the company is a public company, private company, or another type.
Industry and Main Industry: Discover the industries the company operates in, along with its primary industry (e.g., Internet).
Location Details: Get precise information about the company’s location, including city, state, country, and even latitude and longitude.
Revenue and Employee Size: See an estimation of the company's revenue and the total number of employees, giving you an idea of the company's scale.
Technologies Used: Understand the technologies and categories of technologies that the company utilizes, which could be useful for technical discussions.
Social Media Links: Access the company's social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and more, allowing for further research.
Alexa Rank: Check the company’s Alexa Rank to gauge the popularity and traffic level of their website.

This enriched information gives you a well-rounded view of the companies your attendees represent, helping you engage more effectively.

I can't see the "Company Info ✨"-Button. Where is it?
Make sure that you correctly followed the steps for enabling attendee enrichment for your meeting type. Note that the feature must be enabled for each meeting type individually, and only bookings made after the option was enabled will be enriched.
If everything is set up properly, the attendee may have used an email that is not associated with any company, or no information may be available about the company.

Is the Attendee Enrichment feature available for all meeting types?
Yes, you can enable Attendee Enrichment for any meeting type in meetergo.

Can I disable Attendee Enrichment after enabling it?
Absolutely. You can go back to the advanced settings of any meeting type and toggle off the “Enrich Invitee” option if you decide you no longer need the feature.
