Migrating to Our New and Improved Booking Page
We've launched a faster, more modern booking page that's ready for you to try out. This guide will help you understand what's new, how to test it, and how to make the switch when you're ready.
The new booking page brings several improvements:
Lightning-fast loading speeds for your clients
Modern, polished design that reflects your professionalism
Enhanced link preview when sharing on social media and messaging apps
Same familiar link structure, just on a new subdomain
Go to your meeting type settings
Click "See what's new" in the top banner
In the modal that opens, you'll see both your current and new booking page links
Click "Preview" to test the new experience
When ready, toggle "Activate new booking page" to make the switch
The new booking page will be available at a new subdomain, but don't worry - all your existing links will automatically redirect there once activated.
Some meeting types aren't yet supported on the new booking page. You'll need to continue using the old booking page if your meeting type has any of these features:
Payment collection
"Show form first" option
Round robin scheduling
Workspace meeting types
These features will be available on the new booking page starting January 22.
The old booking page will be discontinued on October 1, 2025. This gives you plenty of time to test and migrate your meeting types to the new experience.
Yes, all existing links will continue to work. Once you activate the new booking page for a meeting type, visitors will automatically be redirected to the new experience.
Your booking page will immediately revert to the previous version, and all links will point back to the old experience. You can do this anytime if you encounter any issues.
No, all your settings, existing bookings, and calendar connections remain exactly the same. Only the booking page interface changes.
