Offering Multiple Meeting Types for Selection

Updated on May 26, 2026

When you have more than one Meeting Type, you usually don't want to share a long list of separate links. meetergo gives you three ways to let participants pick the right one — from the simplest shared menu to a fully guided, personalized booking flow.

Pick the method that matches what you need:

  • Selection Page — the easiest option. A single page that lists the Meeting Types you choose. Great for teams, departments, or any case where several people or services are bookable from one link.
  • Digital Business Card — your personal page. Best when one specific person wants to share all of their own Meeting Types in one place, alongside their contact details.
  • Routing Form — the most powerful option. Ask qualifying questions first, then send the participant to the right Meeting Type (or the right person) automatically.

A Selection Page shows a clean menu of Meeting Types on a single shared link. You can mix Meeting Types from different people, teams, or services — for example "Sales call", "Product demo", and "Onboarding session" on the same page.

  1. Log in to your meetergo account and create your Meeting Types.
  2. Go to Selection Pages.
  3. Click "Create Selection Page".

Once you're done, share the link to the selection page wherever your participants find you — email signatures, your website, social profiles, or a QR code.

Method 2: Digital Business Card

The Digital Business Card is a personal landing page for a single user. Alongside name, photo, and contact details, you can list all of that user's own Meeting Types. It's the right choice when one person wants to share their full set of booking options in one place — typically linked from an email signature or a physical NFC card.

  1. Log in to your meetergo account.
  2. Go to Business Card.
  3. Scroll to the "Meeting Links" section.
  4. Click "+ Add Meeting Type" and select the Meeting Types you want to show.

  1. Once you've added all the Meeting Types you want, share the link to your business card. You'll find it under "Share Link".

Method 3: Routing Form (most personalized)

A Routing Form asks the participant a few short questions first — for example company size, region, topic of interest, or whether they're a new or existing customer — and then sends them to the right Meeting Type or host based on their answers. The participant gets a guided experience and only sees the booking option that actually fits them.

Use a Routing Form when:

  • You want to qualify leads before they book.
  • Different answers should reach different teams or hosts (for example, enterprise vs. SMB, or new vs. existing customers).
  • You want to enrich the booking with extra context (industry, postal code, CRM data, etc.) before the meeting happens.
  • You want to block or redirect people who don't match your criteria.

Routing Forms are more involved to set up than a Selection Page, but they give you the most control over who ends up on which calendar.
