Creating an In-Person Meeting at Your Location



To set up meetings at your own location, follow these steps:

Login to your meetergo Account and create a new meeting type
Enter a name and description for your meeting type
Unter "Location", click "+ Add" to add a new location
Choose the "In-person" channel from the channels dropdown
To create an address to show, click "New Location"



Enter the address details
Save your new meeting type

When you create a location, you'll provide a name that will be displayed on the booking page. The full address will only be shown to attendees after they've made a booking.

Setting Up Meetings at Attendee's Location



If you prefer to meet at your attendee's location, here's how to set it up:

Create a new meeting type
Select the "In-person at Attendee's location" channel
Save your meeting type

Remember, you'll need to collect the attendee's address separately. To do this efficiently:

Create a custom data field for the address
Add this field to your booking form
Insert the address field's dynamic tag into your notifications

This way, you'll receive the attendee's address when they book, allowing you to plan your travel accordingly.

How do attendees see the meeting location?
