Your events are the bread and butter of your web presence. Through your events, you can offer services to allow clients and potential customers to book you directly.

Step 1: Adjust event details

  1. In your meetergo dashboard, go to Events.

  2. You will see a list of your events. If you have just created your account, you will find some example events in your events page. You can now click Add Event to add a new event or edit an existing one.

  3. Adjust your Event's title by clicking on the edit icon next to the event title. Changes are saved automatically.

  4. Assign a teammate (or yourself) to the event by selecting Assigned Professionals.

  5. Enable the event by clicking the enable button or selecting the switch in the bottom-right corner of your event.

Always remember to enable your event, as disabled events are not shown on your public profile.

That's it! You can now check your personal booking page to see how customers will see your event.

Step 2: Check your public profile

To see your personal booking page, go to your Dashboard and click My Booking Page in the Get Started-Widget. This will open your public booking page and allow you to see your events the same way your customers would see it when you share your booking link.

Your clients will be able to see the times when you're available and book your events directly. Any timeslots that are occupied in any of your calendars are not available, so there is no more back and forth for scheduling appointments!

To take advantage of meetergo's features, take the time to adjust the event until you are satisfied with your profile.

Step 3: Share your link and get booked

There are many ways to share your meetergo profile:

  • Share your personal link to anyone

  • Embed your calendar in your website

  • Use our meetergo WordPress integration to easily embed your calendar on your WordPress site

  • Print a QR Code on your documents, printouts, business cards or other materials

  • And more!
