Creating an event in meetergo is easy. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Login to your Account

  2. On the left hand side of the screen, click on Events

  3. On the top right of the screen, click on Add Event and then choose the event type that you want to create.

Creating a Standard Event

  1. Click on Standard Event

  2. Rename the meeting by clicking on New Webinar

  3. Describe the event by clicking on Event Information

  4. For webinars, we have only Google events in the dropdown.

  5. Assign Members to the team by clicking on Assigned Professionals

  6. Set the time of the meeting by clicking on the edit icon besides minutes

  7. If you want to make a paid event, you can set the amount besides the $ icon above minutes.

  8. To share the event link, click on Copy Event Link

  9. To delete the event, click on the delete icon at the bottom.

Creating a Webinar Event

  1. Click on Webinar Event

  2. Rename the meeting by clicking on New Meeting Event

  3. Describe the event by clicking on Enter Event Description

  4. For local events, it always has to be a Google Event.

  5. Assign Members to the team by clicking on Assigned Professionals

  6. Set the time of the meeting by clicking on the edit icon besides minutes

  7. If you want to make a paid webinar, you can set the amount besides the $ icon above minutes.

  8. To share the event link, click on Copy Event Link

  9. To delete the event, click on the delete icon at the bottom.

Creating a Group Event

  1. Click on Group Event

  2. Rename the meeting by clicking on Group Event

  3. Describe the event by clicking on Event Description

  4. For group events, it always has to be a local event.

  5. Assign Members to the team by clicking on Assigned Professionals

  6. Set the time of the meeting by clicking on the edit icon besides minutes

  7. For group events, once cannot make the payment online

  8. To share the event link, click on Copy Event Link

  9. To delete the event, click on the delete icon at the bottom
