Use Docs with the API and AI
Let your AI read and write meetergo Docs: list and search pages, read them as Markdown, create pages, append notes and delete pages, by API or MCP.
Your AI can keep notes, processes and meeting summaries in Docs. It reads and writes pages as Markdown, so any AI tool can work with them.
What you need
A Personal Access Token. Create one at my.meetergo.com/integrations. If you limit what it may do, tick Docs.
The token works like a password. Anyone holding it can read, change and delete all Docs pages of your company.
Connect your AI with MCP
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect through the meetergo MCP server. Then just ask, for example:
- "Write the summary of this call into a new Docs page called Call ACME."
- "Add today's decisions to the end of the page Onboarding process."
- "Read our page Sales playbook and tell me the next step for a new lead."
The assistant uses these tools:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
list_documents | Lists pages, or finds them by title |
read_document | Reads a page as Markdown |
create_document | Creates a page from Markdown |
update_document | Adds to the end, replaces the page, or renames it |
delete_document | Deletes a page |
Your AI client asks you before it changes or deletes a page.
Use the API directly
All requests go to https://api.meetergo.com with your token.
Create a page from Markdown:

Good to know
- Headings, lists, checklists, quotes, code, tables and links all work in Markdown.
- Pages written by the API show up in Docs right away. A page open in your browser picks up the change within a few seconds, unless you are typing in it at that moment. Then your typing wins.
- Replacing a page keeps the old state in the page's versions, so you can restore it.
- Deleting is permanent. Docs has no trash. Subpages move to the top level.
- Your plan's document limit and storage apply, just like in the app.
