AI phone assistant: trial, minutes and packs
What the €1 trial includes, how many minutes Premium includes, and how extra minutes are charged.
The AI phone assistant is part of the Premium and Enterprise plans. It is not included in the legacy Teams plan. You can try it for €1 on any other plan.
The €1 trial
- A one-time payment of €1 including applicable tax, no subscription.
- 30 minutes of test calls in your browser, valid for 30 days.
- You can set up assistants and test bookings. Phone numbers and real calls come with Premium.
- Each workspace can use the trial once. Workspaces in the free Premium trial also pay the €1.
Company admins can open Apps, select AI Phone Assistant, and choose Try it for €1. Selecting the app does not start the trial or order a number.
Minutes included in Premium
Each month your workspace gets 250 minutes plus 150 minutes per paid Premium user. All users share the minutes.

Minutes are counted per second. Browser test calls count too. Unused minutes do not carry over. The count resets on the 1st of each month.
Premium includes one German local phone number, which you order explicitly, and 2 calls at the same time. Enterprise includes 5 calls at the same time.
Extra minutes
When the included minutes are used up, the assistant uses prepaid minutes. Buy them under AI Phone Assistant > Usage:

Prices and per-minute rates exclude applicable tax. Packs are valid for 12 months.
Turn on Automatic top-up so calls keep being answered. When fewer than 30 minutes are left, meetergo buys the pack you chose with your saved payment method. You set a limit per month, and each purchase gets its own invoice.
Without prepaid minutes, the assistant stops answering calls once the included minutes are used up. Company admins get an email at 80% and at 100%.
Refunds and payment disputes
Refunded minutes are removed proportionally. Minutes already used are never restored. A payment dispute temporarily removes the disputed share; if the payment is reinstated, unused minutes return with their original expiry. A refunded trial cannot be purchased again.
