Control what Mira can access

Choose exactly which of your company data Mira is allowed to read, from meeting types and appointments to CRM contacts, companies, and deals.

Updated on June 23, 2026

Mira can only see the company data you allow. On the Data access tab of the Mira console, you decide which sources Mira may read when it helps your team. Every source is a simple on/off switch, and your choices apply to your whole company.

By default, Mira works best with these sources on, but you stay in control: turn off anything you do not want the assistant to read.

Open data access settings

  1. Go to the Mira console.
  2. Open the Data access tab.
  3. Toggle each source on or off. Changes save automatically.

The summary badge shows how many sources are currently on.

Available data sources

The sources are grouped into three areas.

Scheduling

Meeting typesList meeting types, check availability, book meetings, and create or edit meeting types
AppointmentsRead upcoming booked meetings to answer what is on the schedule

How access is enforced

These switches are the single source of truth. When a source is off, Mira cannot read it, even if you ask directly in the chat. Turning a source back on takes effect immediately.
