Edit form and meeting type content with AI
Use Ask Mira to rewrite your form and meeting type text with a plain-language instruction, then translate it into other languages, all in one place.
Polishing the wording on your forms and meeting types no longer means editing every field by hand. With Ask Mira, you give a plain instruction like "make it more formal" or "shorten this", and Mira rewrites your content for you. The same dialog can also translate your text into other languages.
Ask Mira is powered by meetergo's EU-hosted AI, so your content never leaves the European Union.
Where to find it
Look for the Ask Mira button (with the Mira star) in the editors for:
- Forms (booking forms and routing forms)
- Meeting types
It works on the text fields you have filled in, such as titles, descriptions, and questions.
Edit your content
- Open a form or meeting type in the editor.
- Click Ask Mira.
- Stay on the Edit with AI tab.
- In What should the AI do?, type an instruction, for example "Make it more formal and a bit shorter". You can also tap a suggestion:
- Make it more formal
- Make it friendlier
- Make it shorter
- Fix spelling and grammar
- Click Generate.
- Review the result. Use Show original to compare, or Regenerate to try again.
- Click Apply to update your fields.
Editing keeps your content in its current language. The dialog shows the source language it is working in. To change languages, use the Translate tab instead.
Be specific. "Make this sound warmer and mention that parking is free" gives a better result than "improve it".
Translate your content
The same Ask Mira dialog can translate your fields into other languages.
- Click Ask Mira and switch to the Translate tab.
- Select one or more target languages.
- Generate the translations and apply them.
meetergo supports translations into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Norwegian, Danish, and Turkish.
Review before you publish
AI suggestions are a starting point, not a final draft. Always read the result before applying it, especially for prices, dates, and anything legal. You stay in control: nothing changes until you click Apply.
