Mira usage analytics
See how your team and website visitors use Mira, from conversations and active users to website chats, captured leads, and token usage.
The Analytics tab of the Mira console shows how your team and your website visitors use Mira. Use it to see adoption, measure how much your website chat brings in, and keep an eye on usage.
Pick a time range at the top: 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
Headline metrics
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Chats your team started with Mira |
| Messages | Total messages exchanged |
| Active team members | People who used Mira |
| Website chats | Replies sent on your website widget |
| Leads captured | Visitors saved from the website chat |
| Tokens used | Usage across all Mira activity |
Breakdowns
Below the headline metrics you will find:
- Usage over time. Tokens used per day, so you can spot trends and busy periods.
- Model mix. Which AI models Mira used.
- Dashboard vs website. Where your Mira usage comes from, your team's dashboard chats or your public website widget.
Website chats are anonymous by design, so the analytics show replies sent and leads captured rather than individual visitors.
About token usage
Token and model usage give you a sense of the volume of AI activity across your account. These appear once the EU AI gateway is enabled for your account. Until then, the rest of your analytics still work.
A quick read on adoption
- Conversations and active team members tell you how well Mira has caught on internally.
- Website chats and leads captured tell you how much your public widget contributes.
- The dashboard vs website split shows where to focus next, for example improving your website widget or your knowledge base.
