Updated on December 15, 2025

Welcome to meetergo! This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes. By the end, you'll have a working booking page ready to share with clients and colleagues.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit meetergo.com and click Start for free
  2. Sign up using your Google account, Microsoft account, or email address
  3. Choose whether you're setting up for yourself or a team

Step 2: Connect Your Calendar

Connecting your calendar is essential for meetergo to check your availability and prevent double bookings.

  1. During onboarding, select your calendar provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or others)
  2. Authorize meetergo to access your calendar
  3. Choose which calendars to check for conflicts

Step 3: Set Your Availability

Define when you're available for meetings:

  1. Set your working hours (e.g., Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
  2. Choose your timezone
  3. Add any exceptions for holidays or time off

Your availability determines which time slots appear on your booking page.

Step 4: Create Your First Meeting Type

A meeting type defines the kind of meeting you offer:

  1. Give it a name (e.g., "30-Minute Consultation")
  2. Set the duration
  3. Choose your video conferencing tool (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or meetergo Connect)
  4. Add a description so invitees know what to expect

Once your meeting type is set up, you're ready to share:

  1. Copy your booking link from the dashboard
  2. Add it to your email signature, website, or social profiles
  3. Send it directly to anyone who needs to schedule time with you
