Get started with meetergo in minutes - connect your calendar, set your availability, and share your booking link
Welcome to meetergo! This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes. By the end, you'll have a working booking page ready to share with clients and colleagues.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit meetergo.com and click Start for free
- Sign up using your Google account, Microsoft account, or email address
- Choose whether you're setting up for yourself or a team
Step 2: Connect Your Calendar
Connecting your calendar is essential for meetergo to check your availability and prevent double bookings.
- During onboarding, select your calendar provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or others)
- Authorize meetergo to access your calendar
- Choose which calendars to check for conflicts
You can connect multiple calendars to ensure all your commitments are considered when showing available times.
Step 3: Set Your Availability
Define when you're available for meetings:
- Set your working hours (e.g., Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
- Choose your timezone
- Add any exceptions for holidays or time off
Your availability determines which time slots appear on your booking page.
Step 4: Create Your First Meeting Type
A meeting type defines the kind of meeting you offer:
- Give it a name (e.g., "30-Minute Consultation")
- Set the duration
- Choose your video conferencing tool (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or meetergo Connect)
- Add a description so invitees know what to expect
Step 5: Share Your Booking Link
Once your meeting type is set up, you're ready to share:
- Copy your booking link from the dashboard
- Add it to your email signature, website, or social profiles
- Send it directly to anyone who needs to schedule time with you
