Tools meetergo can replace

How meetergo spots tools on your website that it can replace, what it looks at, and how to hide or correct the suggestion.

Updated on November 5, 2026

Many teams pay for a booking tool, a review tool, an e-signature tool and a WhatsApp tool side by side. meetergo covers many of these. To show you what you could cancel, meetergo looks at your company website and lists the tools it finds that an app in meetergo replaces.

Where you see it

After your first booking, a short row appears at the bottom of Home. It names a tool we found and links to the overview. The same row sits at the top of the Billing page.

The overview groups the tools:

  • Already in your plan: apps you can use right away. Click Add to put the app in your sidebar, or Open if it is there already.
  • With Premium (or another plan): apps your current plan does not include yet.

Book a call opens a free 20 minute call. We work out together what you can actually cancel.

Only admins see the row and the overview.

What we look at

meetergo uses the domain of your account email. Free email addresses like Gmail are skipped.

  • Your homepage: the public start page, read once. We do not log in anywhere or follow other pages.
  • Two public DNS records: TXT and MX, the records anyone can look up for a domain.

We look again about every 30 days, so the list stays current.

What we store

We store only which tools we found. The page itself is not kept. Our team can see the list too, so a call can start from what you already use.

Correct or hide it

  • Something not right? removes a tool you do not use. It stays removed.
  • Don't show again hides the row and the overview on Home and on the Billing page. We also stop looking at your website.
