Connecting Aircall

1. Log in to your meetergo account as an administrator and go to the Integrations section
2. Find "Aircall" in the list of available integrations
3. Click "Connect now" below to Aircall
4. Follow the prompts to authorize the connection

Once connected, Aircall is available to all users in your meetergo organization. The integration process only needs to be completed once for the entire organization.

Using Aircall in meetergo

After integration, you'll notice new Aircall-powered features throughout meetergo:

Click-to-Call Phone Numbers

Any phone number displayed in meetergo now features an Aircall icon. Clicking this icon automatically dials the number in Aircall, streamlining your calling process.

Dashboard Call Now Button

For upcoming phone meetings, you'll see a "Call Now" button in the Dashboard's Upcoming Meeting section. This button initiates the call through Aircall with a single click.

Appointment Overview Calling

Phone numbers in the Appointment Overview are now clickable. Simply click on any number to start a call via Aircall.

Do all users need to connect Aircall individually?

No, the Aircall integration is set up once for the entire meetergo organization. All users can then access the Aircall features.

Why can't I see the Aircall features after integration?

Ensure that your users meetergo email addresses match Aircall email address. If they don't match or you're still having issues, contact meetergo support for assistance.
