With the integration of Superchat in meetergo, you can automatically send WhatsApp messages to your customers – for example, reminders or follow-ups after an appointment. This integration transforms your booking process into a complete customer communication system, ensuring your clients never miss an appointment and stay engaged throughout their entire journey.

What you need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

How the integration works

Step 1: Get API Key from Superchat

  1. Log in to your Superchat account
  2. Navigate to Settings and then Integrations
  3. Copy your API key and save it somewhere secure

Step 2: Connect Superchat to meetergo

  1. Log in to your meetergo account
  2. Go to Integrations & Apps
  3. Find "Superchat" and click "Connect now"
  4. Paste your Superchat API key and click "Save"

The integration is now active and ready to use with your Meeting Types.

Step 3: Create Your WhatsApp Workflow

  1. In meetergo, go to Workflows
  2. Click **"New" **to create new workflow
  3. Choose your trigger (e.g., "Meeting booked" or "Reminder 1h before")
  4. For the action, select "Send WhatsApp to attendee (via Superchat)"
  5. Select the WhatsApp template you created in Superchat
  6. Map the fields from your template with meetergo data (name, date, time, etc.)
  7. Save your workflow
