Which Outlook statuses block your availability

By default meetergo treats more than just "Busy" as a conflict. Open Integrations & Apps → the gear icon next to the Outlook connection → Consider me unavailable if outlook.com displays me as:

StatusDefaultNote
BusyOnAlways on and cannot be switched off.
TentativeOnSwitch it off if you accept invitations tentatively and still want to be bookable.
Away / Out of OfficeOnSwitch it off only if your out-of-office entries are informational.
Working ElsewhereOnOften used for home-office days, which usually should stay bookable.
UnknownOffEvents Microsoft reports without a status.

Events set to Free never block, whatever you choose here.

Below the status list, Main Calendar decides where meetergo writes new bookings, and Enabled Calendars decides which Outlook calendars are read for conflicts. An event in a calendar that is not ticked there never blocks your booking page.

CRM Email Sync

From Suite, you can pull your Outlook email conversations into the CRM so the full email history with a contact is visible inside meetergo. Turning it on asks for one additional, read-only Mail.Read scope on top of the calendar permissions, so meetergo can never send, change or delete your mail.

How to enable it and what gets imported is described in CRM Email Sync.

Permissions (for Developers/IT Admins)

The Microsoft Graph permissions meetergo requests, and why each one is needed, are listed in Outlook Admin Consent for Organizations. That article also covers what to do if your Microsoft organization requires admin approval before team members can connect.

Your Data is Secure

meetergo places great importance on data privacy. Your data is transmitted securely. We do not store any data from your calendar and cannot access data from other calendars.
