Connecting Your Infomaniak KSuite Calendar
How to sync your Infomaniak KSuite calendar with meetergo using CalDAV
Infomaniak KSuite includes a calendar you can sync with meetergo. Once connected, meetergo reads your Infomaniak calendar to block unavailable times, and writes new bookings directly into it.
Infomaniak requires an app-specific password for third-party calendar connections. Your regular Infomaniak account password will not work.
Step 1: Create an app-specific password
- Log in at manager.infomaniak.com
- Go to My account → Security → Application passwords
- Create a new application password (e.g. name it "meetergo")
- Copy the generated password — you will need it below
Step 2: Find your sync username
Your sync username is the short code shown by Infomaniak, for example DS11277. You can find it at config.infomaniak.com under Manual synchronization. Infomaniak may also display it as DS11277@sync.infomaniak.com; either form works in meetergo.
Step 3: Connect in meetergo
- Go to Integrations in your meetergo account
- Under More CalDAV calendars, click Connect now
- From the Provider dropdown, select Infomaniak
- Enter your Infomaniak sync username (e.g.
DS11277) - Password: the app-specific password you created in Step 1
- Click Connect
meetergo will load your calendars and you can choose which ones to use for availability and where new bookings are created.
Troubleshooting
"Could not connect" error after entering credentials
- Make sure you are using the app-specific password, not your Infomaniak account password.
- Double-check the sync username. Use the short code shown under Manual synchronization, not your email address.
- If Infomaniak displays a username ending in
@sync.infomaniak.com, you can paste the complete value. meetergo converts it to the short form automatically.
Calendar not blocking availability after connecting
After connecting, allow up to 5 minutes for the first sync. If slots are still not blocked, go to Settings → Calendar, find the Infomaniak connection, and confirm the correct calendars are enabled under Enabled Calendars.
