Connecting Your Infomaniak KSuite Calendar

How to sync your Infomaniak KSuite calendar with meetergo using CalDAV

Updated on June 30, 2026

Infomaniak KSuite includes a calendar you can sync with meetergo. Once connected, meetergo reads your Infomaniak calendar to block unavailable times, and writes new bookings directly into it.

Step 1: Create an app-specific password

  1. Log in at manager.infomaniak.com
  2. Go to My account → Security → Application passwords
  3. Create a new application password (e.g. name it "meetergo")
  4. Copy the generated password — you will need it below

Step 2: Find your Account ID

Your Account ID is the short code Infomaniak assigns to your account (for example CO02482). You can find it at config.infomaniak.com — it is displayed on the configuration page for any of Infomaniak's sync services.

Step 3: Connect in meetergo

  1. Go to Integrations in your meetergo account
  2. Under More CalDAV calendars, click Connect now
  3. From the Provider dropdown, select Infomaniak
  4. Enter your Account ID in the field that appears (e.g. CO02482)
  5. Username: your Infomaniak email address
  6. Password: the app-specific password you created in Step 1
  7. Click Connect

meetergo will load your calendars and you can choose which ones to use for availability and where new bookings are created.

Troubleshooting

"Could not connect" error after entering credentials
  • Make sure you are using the app-specific password, not your Infomaniak account password.
  • Double-check the Account ID — it should be your short account code, not your email address.
  • Verify you can log in at manager.infomaniak.com with the same credentials.
Calendar not blocking availability after connecting

After connecting, allow up to 5 minutes for the first sync. If slots are still not blocked, go to Settings → Calendar, find the Infomaniak connection, and confirm the correct calendars are enabled under Enabled Calendars.
