AMEISE Integration

Connect AMEISE and import contacts into meetergo CRM

Use the AMEISE integration to connect your blau direkt / Qonekto setup with meetergo and import customer records into your CRM.

What the integration does

Once connected, you can:

  • import contacts from AMEISE into meetergo CRM
  • update existing contacts on repeated imports
  • optionally import customer notes as CRM notes
  • keep the AMEISE customer ID on the contact to avoid duplicates on future syncs

Requirements

  • a meetergo account with CRM access
  • access to AMEISE / Qonekto
  • your Qonekto tenant slug
  • a valid API token for your tenant

Where to find the tenant and API token

You need both values from Qonekto before you can connect the integration.

Tenant

Your tenant is your team slug from the Qonekto URL.

Example:

  • https://app.mvp-connector.de/team-name/api-tokens
  • tenant = team-name

API token

To create an API token in Qonekto:

  1. Log in to Qonekto
  2. Open AdminAPI Tokens or ToolsAPI Token
  3. Create a new token
  4. Copy the token right away and store it securely

Connect AMEISE

  1. Open SettingsIntegrations
  2. Open the AMEISE card
  3. Enter your tenant
  4. Enter your API token
  5. Click Connect

After a successful connection, the integration card will show Connected.

Import contacts into meetergo CRM

You can import contacts right after connecting, or later from the CRM contacts view.

Option 1: Import from the integration modal

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Open AMEISE
  3. Optional: enable Import notes as CRM notes
  4. Click Import contacts

Option 2: Import from CRM contacts

  1. Go to CRMContacts
  2. Click Import from AMEISE
  3. Optional: enable Import notes as CRM notes
  4. Start the import

How matching works

meetergo tries to keep your CRM clean during repeated imports:

  • existing records are matched by the stored AMEISE customer ID first
  • if no AMEISE ID is stored yet, meetergo falls back to email matching
  • if the contact already exists, it is updated instead of duplicated

What gets imported

Depending on the data available in AMEISE, meetergo imports:

  • first name
  • last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • address data
  • customer notes when note import is enabled

Notes, communication history, and files

The self-service UI currently focuses on contact import and note import.

If you also want to sync communication history or files back to AMEISE, that can be handled in a custom workflow setup. Reach out to support if you need that extension.

Troubleshooting

Connection failed

If the connection does not succeed:

  1. check that the tenant slug is correct
  2. verify that the API token is still valid
  3. make sure the token belongs to the same tenant you entered

Import is rate-limited

To protect the integration, AMEISE imports can only be started once every 5 minutes per company. If you see a rate-limit error, wait a few minutes and try again.

Contacts are not updating

If contacts are not updated as expected:

  1. run the import again after verifying the latest data in AMEISE
  2. check whether the contact email changed between systems
  3. confirm that the original contact still contains the stored AMEISE customer ID
