MailerLite integration: send booking contacts to groups

Connect MailerLite, choose subscriber groups and map booking answers.

Updated on October 26, 2026

Send new booking contacts to MailerLite. Email, name and phone are included when available. Contacts are matched by email, so repeat bookings update the same subscriber. CRM integrations require Light or higher.

Connect MailerLite

  1. In MailerLite, open Integrations > MailerLite API and generate a token. Use the current MailerLite product, not MailerLite Classic.
  2. In meetergo, open Integrations, find MailerLite, and select Connect.
  3. Paste your API key and select Connect. meetergo checks the key before saving it.
  4. Choose the Groups for new contacts. Existing group memberships are kept.
  5. Optionally select Add field mapping, then choose a booking field and its MailerLite field. Only selected answers are transferred; empty answers do not clear existing subscriber values.
  6. Enable Enable for all meeting types and select Save settings, or configure individual meeting types instead.

Choose meeting types

Open a meeting type's Apps, then manage MailerLite. Enable it and choose the groups and field mappings for that meeting type. Saving these settings replaces the integration defaults for this meeting type, including when you turn it off. Meeting-type templates carry the same settings.

MailerLite uses the same consent rule as your other CRM integrations. If you configured a CRM opt-in field, a booking is only transferred when that checkbox was confirmed. Configure this rule before enabling newsletter subscriptions when you need marketing consent. Existing unsubscribed, bounced or junk subscribers are not reactivated or added to groups.

Only new bookings are synced. Reschedules, cancellations and standalone form submissions do not create subscribers.

Connection errors and disconnecting

Bookings still work when MailerLite fails. The integration status and MailerLite settings show a connection error. An invalid or revoked key pauses sync until you reconnect. Rate limits are retried twice when MailerLite asks for a wait of up to two minutes; longer delays and remaining failures are shown as errors. Failed events are not replayed later.

To stop future transfers, open MailerLite in Integrations and select Disconnect. Existing subscribers stay in MailerLite. You can reconnect at any time.
