Notion integration: add every booking to a Notion database
Connect Notion, pick a database, and every booking becomes a page. Reschedules and cancellations update the same page.
Connect Notion to add every booking of your company to a Notion database. Each invitee gets one page. Rescheduling updates the date on that page and cancelling updates its status. CRM integrations require Light or higher, and an admin connects them.
Connect Notion
- Open Integrations, find Notion, and select Connect.
- Notion asks which pages meetergo may access. Select the database your bookings should go to.
- Back in meetergo, pick that database and select Save.
To use a different database later, open the Notion settings and pick another one. If it is missing from the list, select Share more pages from Notion and share it.
What meetergo fills in
meetergo matches your database columns by type and name:
- Title: the meeting type and the invitee's name.
- Date column: start and end of the meeting.
- Email and Phone columns: the invitee's email address and phone number.
- A select or status column named like Status: Booked, Rescheduled or Cancelled. Hosts whose language is German get Gebucht, Verschoben or Storniert.
Columns meetergo cannot match stay empty. If a database has two columns that fit equally well, for example two email columns, meetergo asks you which one to use.
A Notion status column only accepts options that already exist. Add options named Booked, Rescheduled and Cancelled (or Gebucht, Verschoben and Storniert) so meetergo can set them. A select column gets the options added automatically.
If a sync fails
Bookings always succeed, even when Notion is unavailable. Short Notion outages are retried automatically. If Notion access was removed, the Notion card shows Reconnect needed. Open it and select Reconnect. If the database is no longer shared, pick another one.
Notion Calendar
Notion Calendar shows your Google Calendar. Connect Google Calendar in meetergo and your bookings appear in Notion Calendar automatically. No extra setup is needed.
Disconnect
Open the Notion settings and select Disconnect. New bookings are no longer added. Pages already in your database stay there. To also remove meetergo's access in Notion, open Settings > Connections in Notion.
