OneDrive & SharePoint
Bring documents from OneDrive and SharePoint into meetergo without downloading and uploading them again.
With OneDrive & SharePoint you pick documents from your Microsoft 365 wherever you choose a file in meetergo, for example in Spaces, the page and form editors or the waiting room.
Each person connects their own Microsoft account. meetergo only sees what that person can open themselves, and it only reads files. It never changes or deletes anything in OneDrive or SharePoint.
Connect
- Open Integrations and select Connect now on OneDrive & SharePoint.
- Sign in to Microsoft and allow read access to files.
- You land back on Integrations. The card shows which account you connected.
Your Outlook calendar connection is not affected. The two connections ask for access separately and can be removed separately.
Use a document
- Open a file picker, for example Files in a Space or Choose image in the waiting room.
- Switch to the OneDrive & SharePoint tab.
- Choose My files, Shared with me or SharePoint. Under SharePoint, search for a site and open its document library.
- Select the file.
meetergo puts a copy in your file library and uses it. That way clients without a Microsoft account can open it too. Later changes in OneDrive do not update the copy, so pick the file again when it changes.
Files that do not fit the picker are greyed out, such as a PDF in an image picker. A file can be up to 10 MB, the same as an upload.
Your own files in the library are included in Suite, Premium and Enterprise. That includes copies from OneDrive and SharePoint.
When admin approval is needed
Some Microsoft organizations only allow file access after an IT administrator approves meetergo. You then see Admin approval required when connecting. How your administrator grants it is described in Outlook admin consent for organizations.
Disconnect
Select the remove icon on OneDrive & SharePoint under Integrations. meetergo then loses access to your Microsoft account. Copies you already used stay in your file library.
