Connecting Zoom

Connecting your Zoom account to meetergo allows you to automatically create and add Zoom meeting links to your scheduled events. Follow these steps to integrate Zoom with your meetergo account.

Create Zoom connection

1. Log in to your meetergo account and go to Apps
2. Find the Zoom Integration and click on "Connect now"
3. You will be redirected to Zoom. Log in to your account if you aren't already and grant the necessary permissions

Automatically create Zoom links

Now that zoom is connected we can choose it as a channel for our scheduled meetings.

1. Go to your Meeting Types, click on the meeting type you want to edit or create a new one
2. Under "Venue", click Add to add another Meeting Channel
3. Choose Zoom and add
4. Remove other meeting channels if needed

Choose your Zoom meeting settings

Open Apps and click "Manage" on the Zoom card. Changes save right away and apply to new bookings.

• Meeting link: "New link for each meeting" creates a separate Zoom meeting per booking. "My personal meeting room" books every meeting into your Personal Meeting Room (PMI).
• Waiting room: invitees wait until you let them in.
• Passcode: Zoom adds a passcode. It is part of the meeting link your invitees receive, so they join with one click.
• Join before host: invitees can join up to 5 minutes before you. This is off while the waiting room is on.

Disconnecting zoom

To disconnect Zoom from meetergo:

1. Go to your Zoom account settings.
2. Find the list of connected apps or integrations.
3. Locate meetergo in the list and remove it.
