Resolving Missing Meeting Link Errors

Updated on August 16, 2025

When you receive a notification about a missing meeting link, don't worry! This article will guide you through the simple steps to fix the issue and ensure your appointments have the correct video conferencing links.

What Happened?

Your video conferencing connection (like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) was temporarily disconnected. This is the same type of disconnection that can affect calendar connections — it happens for security reasons outside of meetergo's control, such as provider updates or password changes.

How to Fix It

Step 1: Reconnect Your Video Conferencing

  1. Log in to your meetergo account and go to Integrations & Apps
  2. Find your video conferencing provider (e.g., Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
  3. Click on the provider and follow the prompts to reconnect
  1. Go to your conferencing provider and manually copy a meeting link
  2. Go to your Bookings
  3. Look for appointments with a warning icon - these are the ones missing a link
  4. Click the three dots next to the appointment and choose "Resolve Errors"
  5. Enter the missing meeting link in the provided field

To get the correct meeting link, open your video conferencing provider's website or app, create a new meeting, and copy the link.

  1. Go to meet.google.com
  2. Click "New Meeting"
  3. Select "Create a meeting for later"
  4. Copy the generated link

FAQ

Will this affect my scheduled appointments?

Your appointments are still scheduled. You just need to add the missing video conferencing links to the affected ones.

Do I need to do this for all my appointments?

Only for the appointments where you received the error notification. Other appointments are unaffected.
