See, cancel and withdraw LinkedIn actions
Check what an account sent and what waits in its queue, cancel queued actions and withdraw open connection requests.
Every request, message, profile view and like goes through the queue of the sending account. The Activity of an account shows that queue.
Open the activity
- Open Conversations → Channels → LinkedIn.
- Click the numbers in the Sent today column, or open the account menu and click Activity.
The top shows today's usage, for example "Connection requests: 6 of 20 today, 31 of 80 in the last 7 days".
What each entry says
Each entry shows the type, the contact and the state:
- Queued: waits to go out. It shows when, for example "Goes out soon", or why it waits: "Waits for room in the sending limits" or "Waits until sending resumes".
- Sent, Request sent, Accepted, Not accepted, No answer or Withdrawn.
- Skipped: not sent, with the reason. See Why was a LinkedIn action skipped?
- Failed: LinkedIn refused it or did not answer.
- Cancelled: someone cancelled it.
Cancel a queued action
Click Cancel on an entry that is still queued. It will not be sent.
Withdraw a connection request
Click Withdraw on an open request. meetergo withdraws it during the owner's working hours.
- A request with a timer shows "Withdrawn on ... if not accepted". Workflows and campaigns set that timer.
- LinkedIn blocks a new request to the same person for 3 weeks after a withdrawal.
Many open requests can look like spam to LinkedIn. Withdraw old ones, or let a timer do it.
Pause sending
Open the account menu and click Pause sending. Queued actions wait until you click Resume sending.
