Import leads from a LinkedIn search

Search people on LinkedIn with the filters you like, then let meetergo import the results. This works with free LinkedIn accounts.

Steps

1. On linkedin.com, search for people and set your filters, for example location, industry or company.
2. Copy the link from your browser's address bar. It looks like https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/people/?keywords=....
3. In meetergo, open Conversations → Channels → LinkedIn → Lead lists and click New list.
4. Pick LinkedIn search.
5. Enter a List name and paste the link into LinkedIn link.
6. Optional: lower Import up to (at most 1,000).
7. Click Continue.

"All" results are fine

When you type in LinkedIn's search bar, LinkedIn first shows All results. You can paste that link too. meetergo turns it into the same search on the People tab, because only that tab lists people. Your keywords stay.

Good to know

• The search runs through your own account and sees what you see on LinkedIn.
• LinkedIn may show free accounts fewer search results. Narrow your filters to get the people you want.
• The import paces itself. See LinkedIn lead lists.

If you see "This link does not fit the import method", you copied a page that is not a people search. Copy the link again from the search results.
