Choose a private or full LinkedIn inbox

Decide which of your LinkedIn conversations meetergo keeps, and change it later.

Your LinkedIn inbox is personal. You decide which conversations meetergo keeps. meetergo asks at the end of connecting.

The two options

Keep it private (the default): only conversations your automations start appear in meetergo, from their first message on. Automations are campaigns, workflows and other sends from meetergo.
Sync full inbox: all conversations from the last 30 days and everything after. Your admins can see them.

Conversations of your company page are always kept, in both modes.

Admins see the conversations that reach meetergo. With a private inbox, they see only conversations your automations started.

Change it

Only you can change this for your account. Admins cannot.

Open Conversations → Channels → LinkedIn.
Open the menu next to your account and click Inbox privacy.
Pick Keep it private or Sync full inbox.

What happens:

To private: conversations your automations did not start are removed from meetergo. They stay on LinkedIn. Click Keep private to confirm.
To full: meetergo imports the last 30 days again. A large inbox can take about an hour; the account shows "Importing chats".

A private account shows a Private inbox badge.
