Updated on October 3, 2026

A lead list holds the people you want to reach on LinkedIn. Every lead is also a contact in your CRM, with their LinkedIn profile. Campaigns work through a lead list.

Create a list

  1. Open Conversations → Channels → LinkedIn and select the Lead lists tab.
  2. Click New list.
  3. Pick an import method and enter a List name.
  4. Follow the steps for your method and click Continue.

How imports from LinkedIn run

Imports from a search, a post or an event read LinkedIn through your own connected account.

  • meetergo reads one page at a time, with one to three minutes between pages, like a person scrolling.
  • One import reads up to 1,000 people. Set a lower number under Import up to.
  • Your account reads at most 1,000 people a day across all imports, and runs one import at a time.
  • The list shows Importing and fills up while you do other things. The first leads arrive in about a minute.

A list that cannot be imported shows the reason instead. See LinkedIn troubleshooting.

Manage a list

Open the menu next to a list:

  • Rename
  • Stop import: the leads read so far stay. The list shows Stopped.
  • Delete list: the contacts stay in your CRM.

Inside a list, search leads, click Open LinkedIn profile or Remove from list.

Who sees a list

Everyone in your company sees all lead lists. Only the person who made a list and admins can rename it, stop its import, add or remove leads or delete it.
