Get started with LinkedIn in meetergo

What the LinkedIn beta does, what it costs, who sees what and how to set it up step by step.

Updated on October 3, 2026

meetergo brings LinkedIn next to your other channels. Connect your own LinkedIn account, answer LinkedIn messages in the Conversations inbox and reach new people with lead lists, campaigns and workflows.

What you can do

  • Inbox: read and answer LinkedIn messages next to WhatsApp, email and chat. See LinkedIn messages in your inbox.
  • Lead lists: collect people from a LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, a post, an event, a CSV file or your CRM. See LinkedIn lead lists.
  • Campaigns: take a lead list through profile views, likes, connection requests and messages, from one or more accounts. See Create a LinkedIn campaign.
  • Workflows: send a connection request or a message after a booking, a meeting or a deal change. See LinkedIn in workflows.

Where to find it

Open Conversations → Channels → LinkedIn. The page has three tabs:

  • Accounts: connected LinkedIn accounts, their status and what they sent today.
  • Lead lists: the people you want to reach.
  • Campaigns: your outreach sequences.

Set it up

  1. A company admin buys seats. See LinkedIn seats and billing.
  2. Each person connects their own LinkedIn account. See Connect your LinkedIn account.
  3. Each person picks a private or full inbox. See Choose a private or full LinkedIn inbox.
  4. Check the sending limits. See LinkedIn limits, warm-up and account safety.
  5. Build a lead list and start a campaign.

Who sees what

The usual meetergo rule applies to accounts, conversations and activity:

  • Company admins see every LinkedIn account and conversation in the company.
  • Team admins see those of their team members and their own.
  • Everyone else sees only their own.

Seeing is not sending. Only the owner of a LinkedIn account sends from it, in the inbox and in workflows. Admins can add a teammate's account as a campaign sender.
