Start, pause and edit a campaign
Start a LinkedIn campaign, pause and resume it, change it while it runs and archive it.
A campaign sends nothing while it is a Draft. Once you start it, meetergo takes every lead on its list through the sequence.
Start
- Open the campaign.
- Click Start campaign.
The first steps run within minutes, in the senders' working hours. The status changes to Running.
If the button is not ready, the header says what is missing:
- Choose a lead list to start.
- Add a sender account to start.
- Add a first step to start.
- A message step has no text or voice note.
Who joins
- Everyone on the lead list joins when the campaign starts.
- People added to the list later join within a minute.
- A lead another campaign already reached is skipped with Already in another campaign.
- When a lead replies, the campaign stops for them. Their state becomes Replied.
Pause and resume
Click Pause to hold the campaign. Leads stay where they are, and nothing new is sent. Click Resume to continue.
Actions already waiting in an account's queue can still go out. To stop those, cancel them in the account's activity. See See, cancel and withdraw LinkedIn actions.
Edit a running campaign
You can change texts, waits and steps while it runs.
- Leads stay at their current step.
- A lead whose step you delete leaves the campaign with Its step was deleted.
- New senders get new leads. Leads keep their sender.
Archive
Open Campaign actions and click Archive campaign. It stops for good. Queued sends are cancelled. What was sent stays sent. An archived campaign cannot be changed.
Who can change a campaign
Everyone in your company sees all campaigns. Only the person who made a campaign and admins can change, start, pause or archive it.
