Connect Google Workspace / Gmail for newsletters

Open Newsletter → Mailboxes → Connect mailbox, enter your sender name and email address, then choose Google Workspace / Gmail.

Find your login details

Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account. Open App passwords and create one for meetergo. Use your full Gmail or Workspace address and that app password. If the option is unavailable, ask your Workspace admin whether app passwords are allowed.

Test and check the domain

Select Continue, then Connect and test. The test sends an email to your meetergo account address. If it fails, return to the login step, correct the details and test again.

For your own domain, run Check DNS. Copy suggested TXT records into your DNS host only after checking existing entries. Keep a single SPF record and preserve other sending services. Use the provider’s domain settings for the exact DKIM records. Freemail addresses skip this step.

Sending limits

meetergo starts at 100 emails per hour, with warm-up enabled. This is a starting setting, not your provider’s quota. Check your account’s daily allowance and include mail sent outside meetergo. The hourly limit does not enforce a daily quota. Adjust it under Edit → Sending limit.

To stop using this mailbox, remove it from the Mailboxes page. For a new password, edit the mailbox and test again.
