Connect Posteo for newsletters

Open Newsletter → Mailboxes → Connect mailbox, enter your sender name and email address, then choose Posteo.

Find your login details

Use your primary Posteo address and the password that permits email-client access. Check the current client settings in Posteo’s help before connecting. If login fails, check any additional account security restrictions in Posteo.

Test and check the domain

Select Continue, then Connect and test. The test sends an email to your meetergo account address. If it fails, return to the login step, correct the details and test again.

Your provider manages its own domain’s DNS. meetergo skips DNS setup for recognised freemail addresses.

Sending limits

meetergo starts at 50 emails per hour, with warm-up enabled. This is a starting setting, not your provider’s quota. Check your account’s daily allowance and include mail sent outside meetergo. The hourly limit does not enforce a daily quota. Adjust it under Edit → Sending limit.

To stop using this mailbox, remove it from the Mailboxes page. For a new password, edit the mailbox and test again.
