Connect T-Online for newsletters
Find the login details for T-Online and connect it to meetergo Newsletter.
Open Newsletter → Mailboxes → Connect mailbox, enter your sender name and email address, then choose T-Online.
Find your login details
Open Telekom’s email settings and create a password for email programs. Enter that password with your full T-Online address. Your Telekom account password is a different credential.
Connection details
| Protocol | Server | Port | Encryption |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMTP | securesmtp.t-online.de | 465 | SSL/TLS |
| IMAP | secureimap.t-online.de | 993 | SSL/TLS |
Test and check the domain
Select Continue, then Connect and test. The test sends an email to your meetergo account address. If it fails, return to the login step, correct the details and test again.
Your provider manages its own domain’s DNS. meetergo skips DNS setup for recognised freemail addresses.
Sending limits
meetergo starts at 20 emails per hour, with warm-up enabled. This is a starting setting, not your provider’s quota. Check your account’s daily allowance and include mail sent outside meetergo. The hourly limit does not enforce a daily quota. Adjust it under Edit → Sending limit.
To stop using this mailbox, remove it from the Mailboxes page. For a new password, edit the mailbox and test again.
