Partner levels, pricing, and commission
See how eligible revenue sets Refer commission and Resell wholesale discounts for meetergo Partners.
meetergo uses one Partner level across two commercial models. Use Refer when the customer pays meetergo directly. Use Resell when your Partner company buys meetergo and invoices the customer itself.
The benefits do not stack. Each customer uses one model.
Partner level table
| Level | Eligible revenue in the trailing 12 months | Refer commission | Resell discount | Partner pays for Resell |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Less than EUR 7,500 | 20% | Not available | Not available |
| Silver | At least EUR 7,500 | 20% | 20% | 80% of public price |
| Gold | At least EUR 20,000 | 25% | 25% | 75% of public price |
| Platinum | At least EUR 50,000 | 30% | 30% | 70% of public price |
| Diamond | At least EUR 125,000 | 35% | 35% | 65% of public price |
Bronze is Refer-only. Resell requires Silver or higher. meetergo may approve a written minimum level, such as Silver for a new reseller. Your effective level is the higher of your earned level and that approved minimum.
How your level is calculated
Your earned level uses settled eligible net software revenue paid to meetergo during the previous 12 months:
- direct subscription revenue paid by Refer customers
- Partner wholesale revenue paid to meetergo for Resell customers
The level is measured immediately before each financial event is rated. The current event does not increase its own rate. It enters the trailing 12-month total for the next event.
Eligible revenue excludes:
- VAT and other taxes
- refunds, credits, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, and bad debt
- setup, onboarding, consulting, and other services
- payment fees
- pass-through telecom, SMS, and email costs
- metered AI and other usage charges
A later refund, credit, chargeback, or write-off reduces the qualifying total. Revenue also falls out when it leaves the trailing 12-month window, so an earned level can move up or down.
A written minimum level may change prospectively. Neither an earned-level change nor a changed minimum level rewrites frozen statements, issued invoices, or recorded commission.
Refer commission
For an eligible Refer customer, you earn the commission rate for your effective level on collected net recurring software revenue during the customer's first 12 months. The period starts with the customer's first paid eligible invoice.
Commission is calculated only after meetergo collects the payment. It uses the effective level immediately before that payment. For example, an eligible EUR 100 net payment produces EUR 20 at Bronze or Silver, or EUR 35 at Diamond. Silver additionally unlocks Resell.
Each commission stays on hold for 45 days after collection. After the hold, it becomes available if the customer payment is still valid.
Available commission becomes payable when the balance reaches EUR 100. A smaller balance carries forward. At launch, meetergo verifies the eligible invoices, hold period, balance, and payout with the Partner.
The Commissions tab shows each recorded earning or reversal, its frozen level and rate, hold status, and held, available, or paid balances. A payout action is not yet self-service. Contact meetergo when the available balance reaches the threshold.
A submitted or won referral is not itself a commission. Commission starts only when the referred customer has an eligible paid subscription invoice linked to the accepted referral.
Resell wholesale pricing
For a Resell customer, your Partner company receives the discount for its effective level from the current public monthly recurring price for the selected Light, Suite, or Premium plan.
The Partner portal reads the current public recurring prices for the live estimate. After month end, the statement freezes the public price, effective Partner level, discount, and resulting net amount. A later price or level change never rewrites an existing statement.
Discounts are rounded per plan line to the smallest currency unit. Temporary prices, coupons, annual discounts, Cello rewards, and other promotions do not stack with the Partner wholesale discount.
There is no Refer commission on a Resell customer. Your commercial benefit is the difference between the wholesale price you pay meetergo and the price you charge your customer.
What you may charge a Resell customer
You choose the price and services you sell to your customer. A customer price saved in the Partner portal is for your commercial overview. It does not charge the customer or change the amount meetergo invoices your Partner company.
Your company remains responsible for:
- its agreement with the customer
- invoicing and collecting payment from the customer
- any required customer taxes
- onboarding and first-line support
- explaining its own service and support charges
No Cello or affiliate stacking
Cello is only for the normal-user affiliate program. An approved Partner customer cannot earn both native Partner benefits and a Cello or other ordinary-user affiliate reward. Resell customers also cannot earn Refer commission.
The binding rules are in the Partner Program Terms, version 2026-08-28-r3.
