Corrections and locked days
Fix a day yourself, request a change for a locked day, and how every change stays visible.
Updated on October 30, 2026
Working time is a record. Every change is added as a new entry, and the original stays visible in the history.
Edit a recent day
- Open My time → Hour account and find the day.
- Click Edit.
- Change start, break or end and give a reason, for example "Forgot to clock in this morning".
- Click Save.
The change applies at once and stays visible in the history.
Request a change for a locked day
Days lock after a number of days. An admin sets it under Settings → Working time → Lock entries after (3, 7, 14 or 30 days, 7 by default).
- Click Request a change on the locked day.
- Enter the new times and a reason.
- Click Send request.
Your team lead decides in Approvals. While the request is open you can withdraw it. After approval the day changes. An admin can also correct a locked day directly, always with a reason.
Entries added late
An entry added long after the fact is accepted and marked as late. It is never refused.
