DATEV payroll files
Create a LODAS or Lohn und Gehalt import file for your payroll from the month of working time and absences.
meetergo writes the month's working time and absences into an import file for DATEV LODAS or DATEV Lohn und Gehalt. Admins create it. It is part of the Suite plan.
Set it up once
At the bottom of Time & Projects → Settings, under Payroll (DATEV):
- Pick your Payroll program: LODAS or Lohn und Gehalt.
- Enter the Consultant number (4 to 7 digits) and the Client number (1 to 5 digits). Your tax firm gives you both.
- Enter the wage type numbers. Hours without a number are left out of the file.
- Enter each person's Personnel number as in DATEV (1 to 99999).
Working time contains all hours, overtime included. The Overtime wage type repeats the hours above the plan only as a basis for a surcharge. If your tax firm pays it as an hourly wage, those hours are paid twice.
Create the file
- Open Team → Time and click Export DATEV payroll.
- Pick the month. meetergo shows how many people are included, who has no personnel number and which days have no clock-out yet.
- Click Export, then Download.
The file contains worked hours, overtime, night, Sunday and holiday hours, vacation, sick days with the AU flag, child sick days and unpaid leave.
For Lohn und Gehalt, your tax firm maps the file with DATEV's sample INI.
Send it to DATEV directly
Instead of downloading, you can send the same file to your tax firm through DATEV. See Upload to DATEV.
